My name is Kate and I am building this website. There has been a few members trying to login and some others who have asked in contact about how to login, so I thought it might be good to write and let you all know whats going on here.
This is a new build with no relationship to the previous site you used. I have never actually seen your previous site in operation , though I have seen static shots of how it looked and verbal explanations of what you could do. That said , I am being guided and under the direction of your elected Administration.
Your previous logins will not work here. When Logins are possible you will be invited to do so. There is only one login. Once you are logged in and have set your password you will have full access to the members sections of this site, including forums. Once you are in the site and able to talk with me directly , your website can be further refined to reflect the wishes of the community. I'm looking forward to hearing from you directly.
Your committee will keep you informed about the progress of getting you all on the site. What I can tell you is that I will be bringing the Administration team - committee and sub committees , on site within the next week , and we can then test the infrastructure throughly and add user data. Shortly after that we will bring all the sked operators on board and refine the sked process.
Shortly after that we will bring in the membership probably in waves over a few weeks. The process is being made to make it as easy as possible for you to login. More on that as we get closer to the day. Please keep your eyes on this site for coming announcements.
