HFRC features - radio to mobile phone SMS and reply services

The HFRC is the only HF provider offering a radio to mobile phone SMS service with the recipient being able to send a reply back to the radio. This reply can be made by simply replying to the SMS message on the mobile phone in the same way you reply to text messages on your phone.

Within the footer of the radio to mobile phone SMS message is a link. Click on this link and you are presented with a web page where you can type your reply message. Press the SEND tab and this is sent to the HF radio via the HFRC SmartNetwork. Should the radio be turned off or otherwise not receive the message it is stored pending the radio initiating a postman request. The postman sends the message to the radio. How simple and effective is this service.

No apps required, works on any platform which offers a web browser. Tested on iPad, iPhone, IOS, Android, tablets and Windows.

Some commercial HF providers have commented on this service using words "I'm impressed" and that was from a leading Codan dealer. HFRC is the only HF Network providing this functionality.
